I am SO VERY happy I contacted Gulf Gate Rescreening. My phone call to the office was answered by a live person and not a recording, which I really appreciated. I was able to make an appointment at a date and time that was convenient for me. Jose arrived right in the time frame scheduled, examed what work needed to be done and quoted me the cost, which I agreed to. He immediately got to work and in no time at all my screen was repaired perfectly. Jose was very kind, efficient and professional. I appreciate Gulf Gate Rescreening coming out to do my repair, especially since it was a smaller job. I will definitely be contacting them again should I need them in the future. My husband and I have been using gulf gate screening for years. Due to recent hurricanes we had to wait months to have someone come out. Unfortunately, the crew that came out did not speak English, and they were telling him that more panels then we expected needed to be fixed. He was extremely frustrated that he could not understand what was being presented to him.Tim, the manager who is in charge of services connected with me the very next day. He immediately sent out a sales manager to give me a written quote and explained to me what the damage was. Gulf Gate Rescreening went above and beyond to help us find a solution. In addition, they made sure we understood our damage, and made sure we were happy.
