Hurricane Milton tore some holes in my lanai screen. I had wanted the original installer company to fix it but they were totally unresponsive to my communication. A neighbor had heard good things about GGR.....I emailed them and arranged it all via text and emails. I was actually out of the country when they did the work.Lanai screen is perfect!! I never met anyone in person but I felt well cared for as a customer. I hope not to need repairs in the future but living in hurricane-land as we do, who knows. I would call them first next time!

Called numerous rescreen companies after Milton. Most did not reply. Gulf Gate was very friendly on the phone. Said it would be 6 weeks (it was only 1 panel). They called back due to a cancellation and could come the next week. They looked at it, gave us a very fair price and repaired it that day. Screen is perfect, people were nice and professional, time frame was better than anyone else. I will use them again when needed and recommend Gulf Gate highly!

Everyone wants things fixed immediately, but even two months later, companies are still fully booked through February and March.Instead of leaving bad reviews because you didn’t get a response right away, try to understand the situation and support our local businesses.I’ve used this company for my back porch, pool cage, and service calls, and they’ve always been reliable.
